The Raw was founded by pharmacists, and it still runs like it. Formulation, production, and quality checks happen under one roof in Shah Alam — the same people who design a product walk the floor where it's made.
That closeness is the whole point: when a batch doesn't meet the standard, the decision to hold it is made in the next room, not in another time zone.
